  1. Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

    We sell our products with a very small markup on the price so we don’t do wholesale unless otherwise stated. Bulk orders are generally for orders of 100 units and above of a specific item.

  2. Can I be a reseller?

    As much as we want to help, we want our products to be affordable to people from all walks of life. We do not accept online resellers to avoid unfair pricing, hoarding, rebranding, and plastic packaging. We are however open for distributors and stockists. Contact us only if you have an airconditioned physical store with an accessible location.

  3. Do you do meetups?

    You might want to visit one of our locations instead. We are regular people with full-time dayjobs and other responsibilities.

  4. Do you ship nationwide?

    We currently do not accept deliveries to remote areas or islands. Please see our Delivery page for delivery areas, fees, packaging information, and ETAs.

  5. Can I reserve a slot or preorder?

    Trust us, you wouldn’t want to want to wait for something without an ETA. As some of our products are manufactured and take a long time before being cleared for sale, we do not want to be responsible for items we currently do not have on hand.

  6. What are your payment options?

    Via our Shopee store, most bank payments, credit cards, and remittance centers are accepted. We do not support Cash On Delivery (COD) as we’ve had enough of customers checking out but never paying for their CODs, wasting our time, resources, and effort of packing their orders.

    For bulk orders (100 units above) we do accept direct payments via BPI, BDO and Unionbank.

  7. Can I return/refund my order?

    We only accept refunds and returns for the following: defective non-glass items or incorrect items. We ship our fragile items securely so we cannot refund broken glass items, please opt for a Lalamove delivery for fragile items otherwise it is the courier’s fault. We will also not honor for refund if the color is not to your liking, as each item is different, and actual colors may vary due to lighting and screen resolution.

    In case of receipt of incorrect items, items must be returned to us in good condition before processing the refund.

  8. My package got returned to the sender (RTS). Help?

    Since we don’t do refunds for this matter, we’ll ask you to shoulder another shipping fee for redelivery.

  9. Why don’t you ship plastic-free?

    We do, actually, for orders within Metro Manila, via Lalamove. We also have stockists from where you can buy our items in person with absolutely zero plastic. For regular shipping, which is the most economical choice for most people, due to courier restrictions, we have to use issued plastic pouches, as boxed packages are also required to be waterproofed by wrapping the box in tape or clingwrap.

    If you’re asking why we aren’t using our own plastic-free packaging via certain couriers, we ended our contract with them around December 2017 due to severe issues in logistics and customer service. We urge buyers to please recycle or upcycle your plastic pouches or include them in your Ecobricks.
