Delivery Areas

Due to an increasing number of lost and delayed parcels by our partner couriers, we have decided to limit our provincial deliveries.

Orders for addresses in remote areas and islands will not be accepted anymore. Please have the items delivered to a major city with an LBC branch instead, or better yet to an address within Metro Manila.

Serviceable Areas as of September 2018:

  • GMA: Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal
  • LUZON: Baguio City, Batangas City, Lipa, Tanauan, Balanga, Tuguegarao, San Fernando LU, Dagupan, Tarlac City, Puerto Princesa.
  • VISAYAS: Cebu City, Iloilo City, Tacloban, Ormoc, Bacolod.
  • MINDANAO: Davao City, Cagayan De Oro, Zamboanga City.

For other areas not on our list, you may still order but take note that we will not be liable for any losses or delays, insured or not.

Plastic-free Delivery

Currently, plastic-free delivery is only available for orders within Metro Manila via Lalamove (fragile / bulk only, via direct order)  on certain days only (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday) All payments must be settled before shipping out. Currently, we accept payments via the following channels: BPI, BDO, Unionbank, Security Bank, and PayMaya. Delivery fee will be paid upfront upon receipt, but we will not do COD.

We have ended our contract with our previous courier that supported plastic-free delivery nationwide due to more than half of our parcels getting lost and wet/damaged.

Regular Delivery

As much as we would want to advocate for a 100% zero-waste delivery process, express shipping via established delivery couriers is the most economical approach for most of our buyers. We want people from all walks of life to be able to afford our products, and that includes the delivery fees.

Shipping rates as of January 3, 2019:

  • Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite  (via Fastrack, covered areas only) // ETA 1-5 days, delays are highly possible. Ships out within 1-3 days after payment confirmation.
    -Small: ₱75
    -Large: ₱95
  • Provincial (via Fastrack – LBC) // ETA 5-10 days, delays are highly possible. Ships out within 1-3 days after payment confirmation.
    -Small: ₱170
    -Large: ₱220
  • Nationwide (via JRS)** // ETA 1-5 days, delays uncommon. Ships out Wednesday & Saturday only.
    -Small: ₱180
    -Large: ₱380

**Additional insurance at 2% of declared value. No insurance, no refund in case of loss.

  • Same-day plastic-free delivery rates via Lalamove still remain dependent on distance.


For regular delivery, the courier standard plastic pouches will be provided by the courier and shall be used for all packages. This is to follow the rules set by our partner couriers as we would not want you to receive wet and damaged items, or orders with missing items.

All other packaging (from our end) are from recycled materials. We pride ourselves in never having to purchase our own packaging materials as we get donations of used cardboard, clean newspaper, used paperbags, used bubblewrap and foam sheets.

We only use kraft paper tape for securing your items.

Delivery Timeframe

We can never assure ETAs or delivery timeframes. As a general guide, we ship out items within 3 days of confirming your payments. Delivery may take:

  • 1-3 days for Metro Manila
  • 5-10 days for Provincial

Delays are very common due to traffic, volume surge (couriers delivering more parcels than they can manage and expect), weather, among many other reasons. We suggest holding off on your orders if you are not willing to wait.

Return To Sender

In case of RTS (return to sender) due to: house closed, no one to received, no ID, unlocated address, no response from consignee, and other reasons – we are not going to refund. Please settle a redelivery fee (same amount as you paid for your initial delivery attempt) to have your items re-delivered.
